You can use our gift card for rugs, pillows, rug-pads, accessories, or rug cleaning. Gift cards never expire.
When used for cleaning, a $100 gift card is good for cleaning a rug up to 4’6 x 7′, a $200 gift card up to 6’6 x 9’6, and a $300 gift card is good for cleaning a rug up to 8’6 x 11′
Cards can not be exchanged for monetary value. Gift cards are 20% off for a limited time.

We accept returns on non-sale items that are in original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 30 days of receipt. Please follow our returns/exchanges process below. If items do not meet our requirements for return, they will be shipped back to you in lieu of a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (exceptions may apply).
